Light-Duty Towing
Cars, light trucks, SUVs and vans. Flatbed tows from the roadside, a driveway, a parking lot or an accident scene.
Learn moreSince 2003 we have been the people Aurora and the Willamette Valley call when the day goes sideways. One call gets you a real person, a straight price and a truck on the way. Tows, jump starts, lockouts, flats, fuel and recoveries.

Pick the one closest to your situation. If none of them fit, call anyway. We have almost certainly seen it before.
Services
Twelve services, one phone number. If your situation is not on this list, call and describe it.
Cars, light trucks, SUVs and vans. Flatbed tows from the roadside, a driveway, a parking lot or an accident scene.
Learn moreBox trucks, RVs, larger trailers and equipment. Call so we can confirm the weight and the right truck before we roll.
Learn moreDead battery in a parking lot or a driveway. We come to you and get the engine turning again.
Learn moreKeys locked inside. We use proper tools to open the door without wrecking the trim or the glass.
Learn moreSlow leaks, blowouts and no spare. We swap to your spare or tow you if driving is not safe.
Learn moreOut of gas on 99E or I-5. We bring enough fuel to get you to a station instead of leaving you walking.
Learn moreMud, a ditch, a soft shoulder or a snow bank. We assess the angle first, then pull you out without adding damage.
Learn moreVehicle off the road after a wreck. We work alongside responders and get the vehicle where it needs to go.
Learn moreBikes and scooters, loaded and strapped properly so nothing arrives with new scratches.
Learn moreGolf carts, ATVs, mowers, small trailers and equipment. If it needs a flatbed ride, call and describe it.
Learn moreProperty managers, apartment complexes and lot owners. Call to set up an arrangement before you need it.
Learn moreMoving a vehicle out of the area. Call for a quote with both addresses and we will give you a real number.
Learn moreHow it works
You get a person, not a phone tree. Tell us where you are and what happened. Thirty seconds is usually enough.
Drop a pin from your phone or describe the nearest cross street. We give you the price and an arrival window before we roll.
We fix it on the spot or get the vehicle where it needs to go. No surprise charges at the end.
On the truck
A flatbed carries the whole vehicle instead of rolling it down the road on two wheels. That matters for all wheel drive, for anything lowered, for cars with front end damage, and for electric vehicles where towing on the drive wheels can damage the motor.
Why Ferrell's
Most complaints about towing come down to three things: nobody answered, nobody showed up when they said, and the price changed at the end. Those are the three things we do not do.
Not a call center, not a queue, not a voicemail box you hope somebody checks. A person who can tell you what happens next.
You hear the number before a truck is dispatched. If something on scene changes it, you hear about that before we start work, not when the invoice appears.
We are on 99E in Aurora. When you call about a ditch on Whiskey Hill Road, you are talking to someone who has been on that road.
Reviews
Nobody calls a tow truck because things are going well. The reviews that matter to us are the ones where somebody says it went better than they expected.
Our reviews live on our Google Business Profile, where they are verified and nobody can edit them after the fact. That is where you should read them, and that is where you can leave one.
Service area
We are based on 99E in Aurora and we run north to the Portland metro, south through the valley and across the river into Clark County. Tap your town for local detail, or just call and ask.
FAQ
Yes. Our office is staffed Mon to Fri 8am to 5pm, Sat and Sun 9am to 4pm, and drivers are on call around the clock. Overnight and holiday calls go to a person, not a voicemail box.
It depends on distance, vehicle type and whether any recovery work is needed. We quote you on the phone before a truck is dispatched. If something on scene changes the number, you hear about it before we start.
It depends where you are and what is already running. We will give you a realistic window when you call rather than a number designed to make you feel better.
We are based in Aurora and cover the Willamette Valley and the south Portland metro, including Canby, Woodburn, Wilsonville, Hubbard, Newberg, Donald, Tigard and Sherwood, plus parts of Clark County in Washington. If your town is not on our list, call anyway.
Where you are, what vehicle you are in, and what happened. A cross street, a mile marker or a dropped pin is enough. If you can share your location from your phone, that is faster than describing it.
Call and ask. Keep your receipt either way, because many policies reimburse towing even when the company is not in their network.
Yes. Those are exactly what a flatbed is for, because towing on the drive wheels can damage them. Tell us the make and drivetrain when you call.
That is the whole idea. No phone tree, no callback queue. You get a person who can tell you what happens next.
Call and tell us what happened. We will tell you what it costs and when we can be there, before anything moves.
